Difficulty in communication and responsiveness
“It's a nightmare trying to get anyone from this office to contact you about your case. I've tried leaving numerous voicemails, sending emails, I even tried to make an appointment to ask my questions (I've worked for an attorneys office I know that's usually the easiest way to block off a little bit of someone's time for you).”

Lack of attention to client's best interests
“I would not recommend these lawyers for anything. Not helpful in anyway took way to long then ended up dropping my grandmother and her case because she didn't agree with a amount. Ridiculous!”
