“It's a nightmare trying to get anyone from this office to contact you about your case. I've tried leaving numerous voicemails, sending emails, I even tried to make an appointment to ask my questions... They literally wouldn't even let me make an appointment to ask my questions and told me to leave a voicemail with the paralegal over the case.”
