La persona que me atendió cuando llamé no fue nada amable conmigo.

There is a secretary. I'm unsure if it's an older woman or a transgender, but that is THE WORST experience I've EVER had looking for representation. Judgemental, accusations, patronizing,lip smacking, the entire conversation drove me to end the call IMMEDIATELY to come and warn everyone else. Do not use this place unless you want a hot ghetto epiphany of disgust. I went last year seeking representation for a family member and was greeted by someone with a nasty attitude that stared at me as if I was a prostitute looking for her husband. The last that handled the payments spoke loudly I'm assuming as a domination tactic, but I'm military bred I fear none but the Lord... And God told me to RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Carter needs to invest in better staff because apparently I'm not the only one that wishes the same. They will be his demise
