They were terrible! They said i had a case and they would call ne right Back by the end of the day And i still haven't recieved a call weeks later. Don't waste your time!!!

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally to make the situation right and that is much appreciated. It is easy to forget that members/customers, no matter how difficult, are human and go through things. Empathy is key. ORIGINAL: These other reviews must be paid reviews or the negative reviews must have been taken down. Every person I spoke to was rude, rushed me when I was talking, treated me like they didn't have time for me, and had an attitude. They told me they'd call me back at the end of the day and they took a full 24hrs just to tell me that they weren't taking my case. And before anyone accuses me of writing this review just because I'm bitter that they didn't take my case, my case had also been rejected by 3 other firms because of the case load and I didn't write a review for them because they were professional and respectful unlike this company.
