I had a slip and fall at an apartment complex that left me injured. After no response from the complex, I reached out and signed with Sudduth & Associates. While my initial experience was not one to write home about, James and his team really pulled out all the stops and turned my experience around. They went above and beyond the week of trial answering all of my questions (seriously they were endless), taking time to meet with me, make sure I understood the process, try and get missed medical records, and adventure to find a ghosting witness. James with Robin supporting him as his trial paralegal argued my case in a new venue, and amazed myself, the judge, and swayed the jury. Highly recommended On my May 2020 I got pulled over by a state trooper on Sulphur Louisiana for speeding while traveling from Houston to Baker Louisiana. I was driving 104 mph in a 70 zone. I got a ticket and was so stressed about the consequences that could have on my driving record. Back to Houston, I started looking for lawyers who could defend this case. I found 3 lawyers but the 2 first didn't convince me. They kept telling me the speed was to high. Then I contacted Sudduth and Associates and I talked to Mr. Ryan Smith. He's very professional, responsive. He told me there are 2 possibilities: non-moving Violation or dismissal. He recommended to take the defensive driving class right away, what I did. Today he sent me by email the court verdict stating I was charged to a non-moving violation which means my insurance policy and driving record won't be affected. I couldn't expect better.
