My husband and I retained Mr. Fitz-Gerald to review a contract we were considering signing. Mr. Fitz-Gerald was direct and did not pull any punches, no wool pulled over the eyes, nothing! He was direct, straight forward, and honest. He explained both sides of a contract and gave different scenarios of "just in case" situations. I would definitely, without any reservation, refer him.

I went in for a consultation for full custody explained the situation and talked with John regarding specific stimulations (visitation, holidays, child support, etc.) and after talking with him at length paid the retainer and John got down to business. I believe within 2 to 3 days everything had been filed with the court and then we just waited for court. I was extremely impressed by John and his staff for being so efficient and swift about everything.

ABSOLUTE WORST..charges me $15000 in trial prep, then withdraws the night before the trial. Lied thru out his representation

John is a great attorney who will give you sound advice and fight for you. He’s an intelligent man who helps in many areas. He has been my attorney for many years and handles everything expeditiously. I would recommend him to anyone for any large or small matter where you need an attorney.
