Very helpful and such hard workers

Mr. Bourgeois and his firm helped me with filing for disability. They were all very efficient and helpful and friendly. They all did a great job and I am now receiving disability. Thank you to all of the Bourgeois team and their hard work. :)

I don’t know what I would have done without them. They took care of everything so I didn’t have to stress about it. They went above and beyond and kept fighting for me to get my SSDI. The staff is very polite and helpful.

When I arrived to my new assignment in New Orleans, Louisiana in October 2020, and subsequently became disabled and couldn’t work I wasn’t entirely sure who I would hire to handle my Social Security Disability Claim because I’m not from NOLA. I researched many attorneys and settled on Loyd J Bourgeois Jr and his team because of the reviews and his Step by Step process dealing with my disability claim. I consulted with Loyd’s team and hired them after they said I should file my claim. My case manager was Christy and assisting her was Heather. Christy had me submit my claim immediately so we could get it in by the end that year. Christy kept me informed of the process and the status of my case the entire time until I received notice I was approved without having to attend a hearing. My understanding this most cases go to a hearing so I was one of the fortunate ones not having to endure any further steps. I recommend anyone considering filing a disability claim with the Social Security Administration to strongly consider consulting and hiring Loyd J Bourgeois Jr and his team to represent you!! Less

After waiting a while to hire a lawyer to help with my disability claim I came across Lloyd Bourgeois’ name. I figured I didn’t have a case and would get turned down once again. Lloyd and his team including Christy Crotwell were very thorough and committed to my case. Whenever I had a question on the process I always received an answer promptly. It was nice to have them do the leg work when dealing with the SSA which is a pain. My case was heard and we were successful. I would suggest if you are looking for a disability lawyer you give Lloyd Bourgeois and his staff a call.

In all my interactions with his team, they are really responsive and helpful. (Super nice, too!) And I know they have published free guides you can get on car accidents and social security disability. Loyd knows other lawyers around the area as well, so I would call them no matter what case you have to see if Loyd has someone you should reach out to. Loyd's firm stepped up to support the community after Hurricane Ida, including their St. Charles Strong campaign. Seems to be what they do overall - go out into the community for events and to support the whole area!

I highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent injury or family law attorney in the Greater New Orleans area. Great guy and lawyer!
