Attorney Lloyd Bourgeois Jr. is the best! After working with someone else from almost a year and not solving anything, attorney Bourgeois came in and got things done for me in just a few months. He pushed towards a resolution, kept in contact with me and ensured I had a good outcome for my family.

I never got to work with this firm. I called and made an appointment regarding a long term disability claim that the analyst told me it will be denied. I spoke with Attorney Loyd. I explained Tell him that the denial basis is not accurate on item proven.He told me as soon as I get The denial letter, contact him and email him a denial letter which is exactly what I did. Then he made an appointment for him or one of his associates to call me I never received a call. So I called the office. The attorney was not even in the office while they had given me the appointment. So we rescheduled for another day in the afternoon. I did not receive the call again so I called and the person who answered the phone did not have access to the attorneys calendar so he told me they would call me back. No one called me back. I’ll send an email and Attorney Lloyd personally responded to me and he said he was in court and did not make it back on time which is not an acceptable reason for two days in a row, but I was OK with it and he said he will call me back the following day in the morning . So here we are two days later and I have never received a call from him. Considering the fact that I contacted him a month ago and basically I thought he would be my attorney is delaying my case. Because now I have to look for another attorney and the way that they handled the appointments and the VA that they did not return my phone calls they were all very unprofessional. So maybe the attorney means all the cases that he excepts but the fact that they make multiple appointments for one client and then they never call the client and they never return phone calls is just very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am very very glad I chose the Llyodd Bourgeois team to represent me in getting my disability case approved!!! I would refer anyone I know to this very attentive, dependable, informative, and caring team…….. thumbs up Christy!!

Poor service, lack of communication, very high prices & impossible to get in touch with. Hopefully your lawyer doesn't quit last minute on you & your case just gets delayed. Have been dealing with this firm for a year now & still nothing has been done. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone!

I contacted Loyd Bourgeois' office after being denied twice for my disability claim, and I am so glad that I did. His reviews were excellent as compared to the disability attorneys that were recommended by the Social Security Administration. Christy Crotwell has been wonderful every step of the way in obtaining my information, gathering medical records, and keeping me involved every step of the way. She always returned calls, no matter how late in the day and addressed each issue or concern that I had. Christy made sure I was properly prepared for my hearing with the administrative judge.
