Jenny was not able to help us with directly but it still took the time to guide us in the right direction. She immediately emailed me back when she read my concerns. Very kind and definitely an asset to her profession.

Complete airhead. Incompetent. Bad attitude. Only sporadically responds to emails and doesn't return calls. Poor communication between staff. Tries to take on more that she is is eqiuipped to handle without seeking more professional advise. Arrogant. Clueless. Completely screwed up case. Have had other lawyers look at case and they agree, it was very poorly handled. Would never recommend her to anyone and if I could give a minus star option I would.
