John Gniady handled transferring my parent's home in to my name after my Mother passed away. I was lost and Michael Osborne was the attorney that recommended John to me. John made what I thought was going to be very complicated into a very simple procedure. I have 1 brother and 3 sisters and John met with each of them and had all the papers they needed to be sign signed and did the transfer in a very short amount of time. It was so easy!
