I received a ticket while living in New Orleans, but I also have a house in Florida. I had to return to Florida the next day and could not appear for this ticket in person. Samantha Moisant responded immediately when I left a message about my situation and was very responsive throughout the entire process. She was able to take care of the entire thing for me over texts and calls, and she was able to get almost all of the tickets dropped or reduced to nothing.
