Hard working! caring!, determined! are just a few words to describe my experience with the Hair Shunnarah firm. This was my first time contacting an attorney to assist in a car accident. I knew I needed someone to take care of my health and my property after this serious accident. My whole world was turned upside down by this incident. I’m a single mother, with no car (now), and couldn’t work. From day one my attorney Lori Waters and her assistant Jessica took wonderful care of me. They kept me up to date on my case, they set up my doctors appointments, if I needed to quickly ask them a question I had a personal number I could text them at any time any day. Jessica would call me often to check up on my progress with my physical therapy and doctors appointments. Lori worked extremely hard to get everything from the insurance companies. In the end Lori got me a amazing settlement that will make a big difference in my life and my daughter’s life. Thank you Lori & Jessica for all your hard work and care. I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done for me.

Our experience has been horrible, we hired them because they were highly recommended to us, but the truth is that hey have not done anything for us, if we don’t call, they don’t call to give us updates. I asked my husband to call them and when he called the lady who is in charge of our case just told him that she had forgotten but that she was going to call that same day, then again no update from them. It’s going to be 2 years after we left our home and haven’t been able to return. They are not fighting for us, we haven’t even received our ALE and now we are struggling and of course they’re answer is always the same. “No updates yet” … of course when we get the money IF they can help they will get their percentage right away. I DO NOT recommend this firm.

Mary Taliancich did an outstanding job on my Father's lawsuit! She is very smart and experienced. Before we went to mediation, she sent us a video to watch about mediations. I appreciated that because I have never been involved in one and had no idea what to expect. She called the day before the mediation and talked with my Father. She answered all his questions. At the mediation, Mary was so prepared. It became evident very quickly that she had experience with mediations. It was amazing to watch her work! She provided great advice throughout the mediation and was able to settle the case there at mediation. I was very, very impressed with her skills and abilities. I am so glad she was on my Father's side!!
