Incorrect assumptions and unprofessional handling of case transition
“Elsbet initially represented me well initially, but made incorrect assumptions in her strategy and gave guidance that ended up hurting the case (such as not telling me to be present in a hearing which was then held against me by the judge). At the close of transitioning her off to work with a new attorney, she was very unprofessional in how she handled the case.”
