If you are in the unfortunate situation where you need a lawyer, you owe it to yourself to get someone that has your best interests in mind and will fight tooth and nail to ensure that your situation is as stress free as possible. Unfortunately I was rear ended and the other person’s insurance was, as expected, a headache to deal with. Tommy made the whole process extremely easy, down to assisting me with my diminished value claim and maximizing my return from the accident. He also worked with my chiropractor to make sure that I didn’t pay a dime out of pocket. I hope I’m never in a situation where I need to fall Tommy again, but if I am, I absolutely won’t hesitate to do so.
