I’ve been calling for weeks, left a message for them to give a call back and I haven’t received anything. How am I to resolve a debt when I can’t even get in contact with someone to speak to. It’s really irritating when you have to call a place of busy over and over and over again and no one answers or returns your calls.

Do not understand how these people are even opened. They do not return phone calls. The only time I spoke to the rep helping me was the first time I ever spoke to her to get a payment plan going.

They represent scam companies that buy delinquent paper. These companies harass, threaten and file lawsuits trying to coerce you to pay bills whether they are yours or not.
