While having financial hardships is never what anyone pictures for themselves, having Chris in our corner was exactly what we needed. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, kind, and responsive throughout the entire process. My experience with Adam from the vet beginning was prompt and professional. I felt like I was more than just a case number with every correspondence, whether phone calls or emails.
