Railroad is nothing like other jobs. Getting injured due to no fault of your own with most jobs, labor and industries will look out for you slightly, but if you work railroad and fall under FELA their is zero protection for the employee without hiring an attorney. Do not attempt to handle your claim on your own against company attorneys who have years of experience saving the company money at the expense of the employee. If you have been injured in the railroad without assistance you could end up in the cold. Don’t let this happen and contact a good FELA attorney. Personally my choice is Carisa German at Poolson | Oden. Without her assistance I would have lost income and received no compensation for my injury. Thanks to her assistance, I am back at work and this nightmare behind me.

Danny and Dustin worked hard to get my insurance claim paid at a fair price. The insurance company wanted to give me less than half of what damages were incurred for hurricane Ida. I was tired of fighting with the insurance middle men. I consulted with Danny and he very specifically explained the process and how it would play out.
