Unprofessional and dismissive during initial phone call
“I called the 800 number and a man picked up and said "hello" no greeting, no identifying himself or the company, just "hello". after I had to inquire on my own who I was speaking to I went into details about why I had called. long story short mr McGovern never actually answered my question because per his words he's "never run across that before" and he was also too busy telling me he doesn't see how I can win a case (even though other cases exactly like mine have been fought and won.”
