paul was hired for our custody hearing. he gave great advice and responded well to our inquiries. i would recommend him to any one for any matter. many people i know and love have used him. our only issue was we didnt think he was aggressive enough, and would sometimes forget certain aspects of our case. we think had he been more so we would have gotten a better outcome. he is a great attorney despite this fact.

I hired Paul Kitchens to represent me during a child custody case against my ex-wife. She was seeking full custody of our 2 daughters. I hired Paul based on a good reputation he had amongst friends and family. My ex was making false aligations in order to deface my character. And although I provided proof that these aligations were false, Paul had his mind made up, and did not "fight" for me or my right to see my children. Infact, he ended up bending to my ex-wife's every wish. In doing so, he forwarded ALL of my health information to my ex-wife's lawyer. Including my doctor's name, my health records, and my perscriptions. My ex then began using personal health information to try and keep my kids from me! Information she never should of had in the first place. Then, after Paul's horrible representation, I sent him an email asking if he could please sit down and discuss these issues with me. Guess what? He refused to hear anything I had to say, then quit! Gave no reason, just quit my case. Charged me a fortune, (which I did not have and had to borrow) and did nothing at all to help.
