Chad and Kim were very straightforward from the beginning.I felt that they were doing their best to make this process easy for me.I did not feel screwed over or lied to like I was skeptical of before choosing them.No one referred them to me.I did alot of research and chose them.They got me back enough to help which is all I needed.It was my first time using a lawyer in this manner so I can't really compare but only relay this experience that has been rough because of the wreck but but Kim answered all questions I had when I texted her or called. kyle Nix, the P.T. they sent me to was a huge help as well.Kyle Nix,and Those at Parker Alexander both lowered how much I normally would owe them both to help me and that's something they were not obligated to do so that felt a little personal to me and meant alot. God forbid another wreck but if it did happen I will be calling Kim and Chad.
