This is my second time using Morris Bart and I am left satisfied everytime.

a good experience from start to finish.

I thought I should've got at least $4000 I felt like my lawyer was working with the insurance company. I had to pay $1200 for a transmission I thought it was related to the accident they said it wasn't. It took 2 weeks to get the check to do the body work on my car. I was in the hospital for a week with pancreatitis I thought this was related to the accident. My lawyer didn't defend me.

Totally disappointed. I do not recommend.

I had the hardest time getting updates or getting in contact with my attorney. When I was getting setup everything was fast but as soon as I became a client with a case not worth a lot the delays started. My accident was in July of 2018 and as of today my case is still not closed yet the insurance company at fault offered a settlement which was accepted months ago. For all the time and pain I experienced it was not worth working with Morris Bart. The representatives answering the phones were rude as well as my attorney’s supervisor.

I wasn't pleased with what I went through. I lost a new vehicle and had a lot of pain in my body. I still hurt. I will always have some residual pain. It seem's that there was some money under the table for the log truck company.They carry Insurane to cover them. They could walk away with them looking good after, destroying my new car. I went thru months of therapy and finally just gave up doing it. Why my husband is on dialysis and it was hard for us. I had to buy a car and had to pay for it myself. Insurance didn't replace my vehicle. It's been a month since I settled and I have started getting Medical billing from the hospital. It does show pending so we will see.
