Not impressed with the outcome of my child custody case. 3500.00 dollars gone down the drain nor did they object to anything that was said during custody hearing. I represented my self. Find a out of town child custody lawyer. The court system is a money game here and it's unfortunate that I was a victim.

My case took over a year and i was told the whole time I’m getting 18k minimum and I was also sent to his “good friend” who is a chiropractor and would give me a “huge saving” by going to his friend … let’s just say mr woods made a good 7k for doing absolutely nothing!! And my 18k minimum that he said i was getting for sure without a doubt turned into 5k real fast! And there was no negotiation! I was told my case was worth so much more but he let his buddy mr woods take all my money! He knew it the whole time! Then had the audacity to tell me thank u for being patient through all this!! What a scum bag scammer!!! He doesn’t care about your situation he just cares about the money he’s putting in his pocket!! I wish I would have never called this scammer, I could have handled it all without putting 5k in his pockets too. He wants your case to take as long as possible so you will just sign his papers and he can scam u! Very wrong of u Todd Martin I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! I should have read the reviews!!!! And what I paid him to do he barley did… he called me with a check he was supposed to pay the medical bills with… why did I pay u if u didn’t do your job?!? Why did I pay 100% for you to only do 75% of your job and lie to me the entire time? What a waste of time and complete let down with lies the whole time! Felt like I was being taken care of until the last day he got the check without even confirming or fighting for me!!! I was told I would be called with a number and we would agree on what was right.. never did I receive a call about that only one to pick up this measly little 5k after being hit from behind and pushed into another car in my 2022 jeep grand cherokee… it seemed like he knew the guy on the other side of the wreck and did what he could to screw me over and make sure I got nothing!

You couldn't ask for a better attorney than Todd. He will shoot you straight, and look out for your best interest even if you are hard headed like me.

They made a difficult process so easy and decreased the stress related to going through a divorce. Everyone in the office I encountered was always so friendly and any time I called, they were prompt to handle whatever I needed at the time and returned all calls very quickly which is such a plus!!

I had a very good experience with Todd Marin and everyone in their office. BJ especially was so sweet and helpful whenever I would have a question. They would explain everything to me and offered a lot of suggestions to make things go through easily and quickly. I highly recommend using them if you are going through a divorce.
