Lynette Gregory was a poor communicator. Did not zealously represent me to the succession document, my father's will, and what I was legally hoping to settle the estate for. She told me my sibling and I will get the properties after my dad's second wife enjoys them until her passing, she then decided upon seeing the properties to take it upon herself to value them and tell me to move on. She is not a real estate agent and doesn't fight for her clients. She dictates. Once I requested to follow the will on the property, she wrote to me that she would no longer represent me. Unprofessional. Do not use. I have seen the lawyers response, and I stand by my statement that I was not adequately represented. I hold no I'll will towards this attorney, just stating my facts.

The Gregory Law Firm was a tremendous help to me during a very difficult time in life. Lynette took the time to explain each step of the legal process regarding estate planning and succession. She treated me like a beloved family member and provided me with clear instructions that helped simplify a complicated process. I approached Lynette about working for her to gain some experience in the legal field while waiting for my Bar Exam results. She agreed to give me a chance and I am so grateful that she did. Lynette was amazing to work for. She was encouraging, kind, and willing to teach me as I learned my way around the legal field. I learned so much from her and I am so grateful to her for taking a chance on me when she didn’t have to. I am so happy that I can now call her a friend. Any client would be lucky to have Lynette as their attorney.

This is my second review. Lynette Gregory did not zealously represent my case on behalf of me (the paying client). My parents divorce stated that when my dad passes, his estate will pay the $15k. Lynette stated that this was several times past the statute of limitations. My dad just passed sadly, so how can this be past any statute when it required him to pass to be enacted? She stated that the succession and will indicated my sibling and I would be getting property. The a few months pass and Lynette stated that she visited the properties and they were in poor shape and worth less than previously listed. When did Lynette become a property appraiser? After I questioned her and stated what I legally wanted, she basically said take what I am telling you to take or I will no longer represent you. This is unprofessional conduct and she will take the easy path. Dont you dare disagree with her as she will just drop you. Costing you thousands more for a new attorney. RED FLAG!

Lynette is outstanding! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and always approachable. They truly prioritize their clients, ensuring all questions are answered and every detail is addressed. I am a Court Reporter and have worked with Ms. Gregory for several years now. She has been such a joy to work with. I can tell she truly is 100% all in for her clients. She fights for them, and that’s what an attorney is supposed to do. I can’t say that about every attorney I work with. I gave 5 stars because she deserves a pat on the back.

Didnt even bother to keep our consultation and had the nerve to lie and say we didn't pay the fee even though we can prove with the receipt that we'd paid 2 weeks earlier. If you can't get it right on the first meet, I'm good on you.

Lynette is an excellent attorney who goes above and beyond to fight for her client. In my custody case, which was not easy, she did everything she could to ensure that I won primary custody of my son. She was so supportive and communicated regularly about everything that was needed. It was a long and very difficult 8-month battle, but she helped me every step of the way to finally get my little boy home where he needed to be. I would recommend Lynette to anyone who is looking to gain custody of their child. She will not only fight for you, but she will fight WITH you. This proves that she always has the best interest of the child in mind, and in her heart.
