I am having a horrible experience with this law firm. No communication, If I don’t notify them I hear nothing. Every month I call to get an update, they tell me Oh, she needs “this” another something to continue, Well no one contacted me at all to say she needed anything else. It has been now 5 months, each month I call to check on status they tell me she need something else from me, and still nothing. I called today and was told by someone who answered the phone, I was just asking about your stuff, come on now, to be told, it is going to take a while longer. This is just to get an Succession done. I have had a Succession done twice before by another lawyer, and it did not take 5 plus months. My money was paid up front. 5 months later still no communication!!! Maybe someone will call me now!!! If you to busy let me know and I can go somewhere else. I love to see people succeed, I love to support black businesses. But when you have bad experiences, if leaves a bad taste with me.
