These attorneys really know what they’re doing. Cummins and Fitts made one of the hardest times of my life, easier… which says a lot. The office personnel are kind and attentive. The attorneys are always on top of things and I’m so glad I chose them.

Cummins-Fitts is the most AMAZING law firm in Louisiana. I have never met a more professional, friendly, helpful, and dedicated team. They represented me in my custody case and I knew that I was in the most God given hands. HANDS DOWN. If you want to win your divorce case, they can do. If you want to win your custody case, they can do it. If you want an adoption, they can do it. There is nothing they can’t do. This is the A-team when it comes to representation. If I ever need anything else, I will come to them. Jessi and Dan were amazing and did a wonderful job.

I called the office during the ice storm earlier this year, expecting to just leave a voicemail. They answered and had me in office a week later. They've helped me on two separate cases, and really helped me stay positive through out what has been a very difficult year. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. From Dan returning calls in a ice storm, to Jessi's immediate responses to every last-minute question I've had, to all of the absolutely amazing work Sophie did for our adoption case. I'll definitely be going back to this office in the future.

We had such an amazing adoption experience with Sophie Barksdale! My husband had wanted to adopt my son of whom he has been the acting father of for 4 years and we were referred to Sophie by one of our customers. She came highly recommended and she made our adoption process simple and painless. Her rates where incredibly reasonable and she went above and beyond for our family. She was kind enough to even bless our child with a children's devotional after his adoption since she knew how much his relationship with God meant to him. I am so grateful to have been able to share our adoption story with Sophie and pray that God continues to bless her as well as the firm.

Jessi & Dan got the exact custody that I wanted for my children as well as a substantial amount of child support ordered monthly during my divorce. They answered my questions & calmed me down when I was overwhelmed. They checked on me throughout the process & actually care about my family's well being! They are amazing people and I 11/10 recommend.
