All I have to do is look at the case and send information to the DA closing it my son has already taken his Federal time and he doesn't need to take the state but he will not return to call to have this done within 45 days the 45 days. My son will be able to go to a work release in prison but if thatis not completed and closed and he will not be able to do so

He will make it sound like he's on your side but then he tell you that if you bring anything to prove your case he will not accept it an if you bring anything he will will help the DA get you the max
