Amazing, top-notch experience! I wish I could give 6/5 stars. John and the CCL team have been amazing through their time working on my expungement. He was able to assess the situation left by my former attorney, and use the pertinent information to make headway towards getting my charge officially expunged. The whole process was efficient and timely, even with the hurricane that struck New Orleans back in September 2021. The team (Carl, Lauren, John) always responded promptly, made sure that updates were communicated appropriately, and answered all of my questions. I also want to make a point of how personalized the experience was. John sends out helpful email newsletters and even sent me a card after the process, congratulating me and thanking me for using CCL’s services. John also personally called me while he and his family were evacuating due to Hurricane Ida, informing me about court closures and his estimates on how that would potentially affect the expungement timeline. With all the chaos and unknowns about the storm, he definitely didn’t have to do that… but it’s clear that John and CCL pride themselves on communication and transparency. Sometimes the small things truly make a lasting impression, it definitely did for me. I would 110% recommend Crescent City Law to anyone needing legal assistance. They provide the highest quality legal representation and make their clients feel like a priority. I feel that the weight I’ve been carrying for the past 6 years due to my charge has been lifted, and I know I could not have been in better hands than CCL. John and Lauren did a great job handling my traffic ticket case! The whole process was very smooth and didn't require much action on my part, apart from providing some initial basic documents. I live out of state and found them online. I was initially reluctant, and wanted to simply pay my fine, but John gave me a call and answered my questions patiently. I was charged a reasonable flat rate of around 400 dollars. Despite not providing guarantees on the outcome of this case, they were able to get my ticket dismissed, with no additional payment whatsoever required! I highly recommend this firm! Thanks guys!
