I used their used their services to do a simple succession with speaking with creditors on a piece of property inherited. I made it very clear I need someone to do this and the lady assured me we will do everything in our power to reach out only to be given the run around for months and told me my file was lost in a move, I had to call back after months of not answering emails/calls to find out one piece of mail was sent to the creditors not a phone call, or several letters one piece of mail while charging me considerably over my retainer I would not recommend. You’re just a number.

Bri is so great. She’s always so helpful and has a bubbly yet professional attitude. Even during the crazy stuff she’s always ready to catch a curveball.

The legal secretary who returned my call was notably impatient with me at the outset of the conversation. My mother had just recently passed away and questionable behavior with regard to her estate ensued. I was calling for some legal advice from Mr. Vicknair’s office after finding his online information which applied to my situation. The condescending, short tone in this secretary’s voice said everything. I felt belittled as she repeatedly asked, “So, what is it that you want from us?” I was caught off guard by the unpleasantness of this brief exchange and struggled to articulate my situation. She said, “I’ll be sure to pass that on,” with utter sarcasm and trepidation. I hung up the phone almost in shock by how I was treated as a potential client; knowing no actual attorney would ever call me back…..and, of course, I was correct.
