. I’d recommend this firm to anyone who wants reliable proven service with good trustworthy people. Vince communicated every step with me along the way and often would contact me before his office reached out to me about my case. He made the whole ordeal very personal and stress-free. I wouldn’t wish an accident on anyone but if you’re in one Vincent and his team are your people! To this day I can call him anytime and he’ll go above and beyond.

In Nov 2019, while visiting New Orleans from Washington State, my wife and I were walking home from breakfast. At 8:24 AM a woman shot through a stop sign and hit my wife in a well marked crosswalk. My wife was knocked about 20 feet landing on her back and head. The driver just missed me by less than a foot. (I'm 6' 2" and hard to miss) To say this was a nightmare would be a grave understatement. Of course my first concern was for my wife. We were taken to University hospital where my wife was treated for her injuries and spent the night. Obviously we needed legal representation. HOW DO I GET A GOOD LAWYER TO REPRESENT US? We needed help. Not knowing anyone in NOLA I went to yelp.com. That's all I could come up with. Cossé law firm had great reviews so that was our choice. It seemed risky. But it turned out far far better than I could have ever predicted. After my wife's release from the hospital, we made an appointment. We met with attorney Lance Engolia and his assistant Kendal. They were informative and helpful. Obviously my wife needed to see specialists. Lance found everyone we needed. It was obvious that Lance's primary concern for my wife's health and then the law suit. While coordinating with insurance companies, Lance handled all medical/medicare payments so we never wrote a check. It turned out the woman who hit my wife had only limited liability. I thought we were screwed and would never get a fair settlement. It didn't take long to get "policy limits" paid. Unknown to us, since my personal car insurance included "under insured motorist" we could file a claim against my insurance company. I'll say it went very well. Since the laws of Washington State greatly favor the victim, it was decided that our case be transferred to a Washington attorney. The attorneys he chose were outstanding. We are extremely happy with our settlement. We highly recommend Cossé law firm and Lance Engolia. They were great for us.
