Karl Bernard led me to believe that he was knowledgeable in the areas by which he was retained. After paying monies in advance, I did not get what I paid for in terms of professional attention to the case, timeliness in meeting deadlines,not contacting me in a timely fashion after leaving numerous messages, using an excessive amount of monies for research, paying thousands of dollars to write a letter, and overall unprofessional representation. Also, documents from his office were poorly structured for instance spelling and grammar.
