Very helpful !!!

I can't begin to say how great my experience with Ben Misko and his staff was. Obviously the disability process is long and drawn out, there may be months at a time where you feel like nothing is going on, but they are behind the scenes working out your process! They keep you up to date on what's going on and answer any questions you may have. You know just by phone conversations they are working hard for you. Once you reach the time of your hearing approaching they are laser focused on your case, when you meet Mr. Misko you would think that you are the only case he has that's how accurate the attention to detail is! Great experience would recommend 1000%!

I can honestly say, dealing with Mr. Misko has been awesome, to say the least. Even when the days are rough and you don’t know you’re going to pull through and you want answers, but there aren’t any changes your still treated as a person. I had been fighting with this case on my own for 2 years prior to finding Mr. Misko. When I contacted him, the first thing he said was You have a “Princess Case” my response was what do you and he explained it to me. When he did that, it dawned on me why I was exactly where I was having this conversation. I didn’t have all the medical records, information etc. the things you need to win that they don’t tell you about, so I gave him access to my doctors and did whatever he said. An from that moment on he handled his business and did exactly what I hired him to do! In my situation, it could have went either way simple due to politics and my age! In the end my medical records, lack there of work and Mr. Misko doing what he does best. I won with having a very tough judge, that did the best at what if and suppose this. At the end of my hearing, I was dead set that I had lost and would have to appeal the decision. Well we won!! I got exactly, what I should have gotten from day one! So you can say, I am more than satisfied, Mr. Benjamin Misko and his staff!! The service he and his staff provide are needed when handling cases like mine, work ethics, morals, support simply just the way he treats his clients. Is very different than most attorneys, I’ve met. I’ve met my share having worked in the field. He takes pride, not only, in himself, but in his work, the care of his clients and his staff! I was able to see that in the way he handled my case. Especially when the issues arose and the ball got dropped, when push came to shove you & your staff, Ms. Ashley did more than your share to make sure everything went through. Mr. Misko is a great attorney . He and his staff gave me the best legal experience a client could ever want. When ever I called with a question they always answered and got back with me either the same day or the next day. He is a great attorney and a man of his word. I would recommend him to everyone.
