I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Marriott regarding removing an existing mortgage on a home that my client acquired through a quit-claim deed. Mr. Marriott was attentive to my client's needs, dissolved that mortgage that clouded my client's title, and helped my client reach their financial needs by using the equity in the home to help his family thrive.
