We had no idea where to turn for our shutter man woes and we were recommended to Tom by a friend. We met with Tom for over an hour and he listened to our contractor issues. Unfortunately, our case was subjective and the best recourse was for all parties to go separate ways. Even though we wanted to fight because we were wronged, he advised us against a lawsuit because we would loose more money than we already had. He helped facilitate with the other parties lawyer to exchange properties and put this issue to rest. Like I said, we weren't sleeping for several days over this terrible situation and Tom helped us get a piece of mind. And, he did this all free of charge. We really appreciate the time he spent with us and he was considerate and understanding. Hopefully we won't need to use his services again but if so, we will call him.

I would recommend Townsend to anyone facing any criminal charge in the GNO area. He is not the person to hire that tells you what you want to hear. He is however very respected in the courtroom.
