I hired Lynn Luker to manage a mass tort docket when I was general counsel of a NYSE company. Lynn quickly earned the respect of the company's Board of Directors for her ability to understand the business implications of the problem and help us reach a solution. Lynn was respected by the plaintiff's bar as well as the defense bar.
