I worked mostly with Andy Bizer, but everyone in the office was professional, courteous, and easy to work with/talk to. Andy returned my calls and emails quickly; made accomadations for my comfort. He walked me through the most difficult parts of my case, patiently answering my questions, explaining things until I was comfortable. Achieving my goals was always his only priority. The lawyer decided that ADA-ACCESSIBLE parking isn't worth fighting. He was rude over the phone after I submitted the information about a university violating ADA parking spaces. The first 2 conversations were pleasant.
