Hi. The Sam Winston Team was referred to me by Mr. Robert Toale. Smart man he is and very thoughtful! The Winston Team put Kara Larson on my case and it was the perfect fit. Before Toale referred me, I had a slug of a "lawyer" in Slidell...this guy was awful in every aspect and seemed to have a desire to want to turn my case into something huge and expensive and ugly. Instead of him easing my worries like a lawyer is supposed to do, this guy made my worries tremendous and created a hole in my pocket. After trusting in Toale's referral and trusting in Kara Larson, I had no worries at all, to the point of forgetting that court was coming up so quick. She was taking care of business. When she was sitting beside me in court, I was SO PROUD and so "look at my lawyer-she's better than your's" type of way. She has a strong voice, a great presence, a respectful heart, and in a man's world that we live in - she is da man!

I would recommend Sam Winston to anyone including my own family who needs a calm, professional attorney who knows his way around the court house and has obviously built relationships with the correct people. I met Sam back in March of 14' while he was with Jones Walker in New Orleans. I was battling a terrible drug addiction and had just been arrested in Jefferson Parish on Bank Fraud Charges amongst many others (25 felonies to be exact). From the moment I met Sam at his office on St. Charles he immediately made me feel at ease. Sam walked me through the three year process and worked with the DA to place me in Pre/Trial Diversion which I was kicked out of and almost thrown into jail. With Sams help I was able to get back into the Diversion Program after his recommendation of me completing a 3 month intensive inpatient/outpatient treatment center for my addiction issues. I have been clean and sober for 7 months now and although It took a lot of work on my part Sam was instrumental in handling the legal issues behind the scenes so I had less to worry about while I was trying to change my life.
