Amazing

I reached out to Vergie Riley at this firm to help me with a negligence case For my grandmother. She told me she definitely thought I had a case but wanted to do some “research” first and would get back to me by the end of the week. In the meantime, she insisted that I should file a $300 power of attorney which I agreed to. She said she’d mail me my POA. Needless to say, I never heard back from her once she got my money. I called, left messages and emails. At this point, I’ve already hired a different lawyer at a different firm but it’s very unprofessional to be unresponsive. If you couldn’t take the case, state so. And more importantly, do what you say. Simply mail my POA. It’s now been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my copy. I would not recommend them. *UPDATE* After seeing my review, she called me at 9p.m to tell me I can come and pick up my paperwork. I asked for it to be emailed to me since I live in a different city and have a newborn to which she refused to inconvenience me in retaliation to my review. My advice, hire a professional not someone so petty and spiteful. West Bank location
