My husband and I had problems with the insurance people after our house caught fire. I would call them and no one answered. When I left a message, no one returned my call. I would finally get in touch with someone and they wouldn’t answer my questions or explain what was going on and got tired of this foolishness. This is where we were lucky enough to get Mike Mahone involved. Mike was able to get in touch with the insurance and got questions answered. He even got a different person to help us. Mike knew plenty of things that the insurance people were doing wrong. We didn’t know there was a time limit for the insurance to pay us on certain things. We were very excited and pleased with all the work Mike put in for us. Mike always answered our calls or returned them swiftly. We fully recommend Mike Mahone and would use him again.
