The firm requires $250-275 just for a consultation. They have the tag as providing "employment lawyers" but for those seeking assistance after being unfairly terminated, it's unfair to require so much money up front just for a consultation with no guarantee of legal representation.

Excellent without a doubt. I spoke with 3 different legal teams when looking to hire an attorney for my case, and after speaking with Susannah McKinney, there was no doubt in my mind that she has experience, in-depth knowledge base of Louisiana law, and the aptitude to follow through and communicate clearly. It was a seamless process, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not every case is won, but your best case will be made by her undoubtedly. I recommend her without reservation.

I worked with Doug Kraus. He made the process quick, easy to follow and efficient. He was extremely responsive, and even made time for me on Sunday’s to discuss my case. Every time I sent him an email, he responded immediately. He was also very knowledgeable, which gave me a sense of calm at a difficult time. His pricing was fair, and he accomplished everything we set out to accomplish, and more. I would absolutely recommend using Doug Kraus. If I have any further needs, I certainly will go back to this firm.

Poor communication, Doug Kraus will charge you twice than the original amount he quoted, accomplish none of what you need, and treat you very rudely when you simply call to ask a question about why the bill is suddenly twice the amount after you haven't heard from him in 3 months. Can't speak to Brenner but she seems like the one you should talk to based on the other reviews. Doug just takes advantage of people in bad situations. Really awful experience.

I had a great experience with Brener & Kraus. Any time I had a question no matter how simple Chelsea always responded back in timely manner. I felt they went over and beyond call of duty. They are very professional, tons of knowledge and experience. I was proud to have them represent me.
