Great firm and location!

Service minded, fast, efficient, and friendly

I bought my first properties through Jim's firm back in 2000. My bank had told me to bring 12K to closing. As it turned out, they needed $12.000.27. I had brought cash to close instead of a check. I turned out my pockets for the extra $0.27 and came up with a quarter. Jim laughed and said, "I'm always good for my 2 cents." And with that, I bought my properties. I've never forgotten the great experience I had with his firm. I've needed to reference the paperwork he filed multiple times and his team has always provided everything I needed. I can't recommend them enough.

James Mounger Title is a great title company to close a sale with. You can count on excellent service and informed advice. One of my favorite title companies.
