I am not having a good experience with my attorney. I thought this was the way to go to help with my claim for Hurricane Ida, but I feel as though I am being screwed by the insurance company and by my attorney. She never returns my call and never answers my emails. I speak to her receptionist more than her. And receptionist always tells me that she has given my attorney the message. When I do speak to my attorney, it's like she doesn't even know what's going on with my case, and she makes excuses about being in court all the time. I am back to square one since I started in 10/2022. If she's too busy and they don't have enough staff, maybe Morris Bart needs to stop the misleading commercials !!!

After hurricane IDA My insurance company State Farm refused to pay for the damages to my home. So I contacted Morris Bart's office and they assigned a very professional lawyer to my case. After determining what the actual damages to my home were. They negotiated a fair price for those damages. Clients have to realize that it takes time to settle claims. I would recommend Morris Bart to everyone.
