Attorney FAYE STREETS from 601 Poydras location Ext#3607 was very rude and nasty by phone and when i called her out for herrudeness and asked for her name, she begin yelling her name and spelling it slowly for me as if she was talking to someone mentally incompetent. I've only spoken with this law firm 3 times. Once when I initially contacted them for representation. The second time they contacted me for more information and this 3rd call from ATTORNEY FAYE STREETS was the last and absolutely rude, if you have not contacted this law firm yet and are considering and came to the reviews for confirmation SAVE YOURSELF THE 40% Legal fees and disrespect DO NOT USE THEM

They never call you to keep you updated. You are constantly calling them and speaking with different people. There time frame is different from every associate. When you try to address your concerns and complaints they considered me making threats and hung up on me. They do not care about you or your well being. I have had multiple lawyers in my day and this service, I won’t even call it a law firm, is horrible. They act like you are working for them and get real short and ugly fast. Be ready to come out of pocket all upfront for your expenses in your case. I’ll never get a lawyer off a advertisement board again.
