I thank Mr Barts’ google assistance for the respond to contact customer service support. I sent an email with no response, until recently I receiving a Fed Ex letter scheduling “another” mediation/settlement Meeting,Really!…..FOR A PRE-SETTLED CASEI I do know MMA didn’t process the claim check, because attorneys representing Ocean Harbor Insurance Would Not be trying to Re-settle on my original damages! Lord, at the works of your hands I release this entire injustice on my Ida Damage Claim and Command that Your Will Be Done,…In Jesus Name!

It took a while and the communication was subpar but the end result was good.

I recently found out about all the fundraising and sponsoring that you and your firm does for the city of New Orleans and other areas. Your customer service center probably thinks I'm a silly old lady that just wants to talk and hey that may be true but I can spot a good heart from a mile away and you Mr. Bart have a good heart! Thank you for all that you do for our city. It's people like you that reminds us that there is still good people in this world. God bless you sir. Oh and another thing, the young lady who took my call today, Shannon was her name, well she let me vent and cry over what's going on with me, she is just a sweetheart! She sat there and listened to me, was not one bit rude and seemed to really care. She tried to help me even though she had to wait till I took a breath so she could speak. sometimes it was hard to get into contact with him but overall the experience was good.

Honestly i didnt enjoy my experience, i wasn’t treated like a client, they ignored me until it was time for the deposition.

Mrs.Tamyra Craig did an outstanding job! Even after having dash cam footage of the cab company driver being at fault they still didn’t won’t to pay for my medical bills or property damage. She made sure that they did for both!
