I was in an accident in New Orleans near the bus station. The guy who hit me had no insurance at the time. I contacted morris Bart and a lawyer was assigned to my case. Miss Eve. They set me up with a chiropractor to treat me and that was going well. Until I went to my appointment one day and the receptionist at the chiropractors office told me that the lawyer told them that the person who hit me didn’t have any insurance so they were going to have to stop treating me. The receptionist wanted to call me and let me know what was going on but the lawyer told her that she would call me and let me know but she never did until three weeks after the day I went for my appointment.

I can truly say that all that talk Morris Bart says about getting you thousands of dollars is not true. My injury required surgery and I would be dealing with the pain and/or suffering for the rest of my life. My attorney made me feel like he was working with the other side instead of me. He and the mediator talked against me and tried to make me feel like an idiot, thank God I didn’t feed into their negative ways. All in all my settlement was a total disgrace and I do not plan to ever use Morris Bart and his associates again nor will I refer anybody to his firm!!!

My lawyer is great and moves faster than the previous lawyer i had on my case . He got my settlement check quicker than I Had anticipated.
