Occasional lack of responsiveness and communication with clients
“Do not call back always the secretary that doesn't know a thing when I call. Lawyer always in a meeting or some excuse. 7 months now and won't answer my questions about case. Horrible experience , should have chose a different law firm.”

“Even though the firm may be good, I would NOT recommend Mike Letourneau. Very unprofessional and misleading. After dealing with a settlement for over 1 year(almost 2), I had to constantly call to get any kind of updates on the case and information that should have been communicated.”
