James Diamond was hired because he has a law degree, however his knowledge of the law falters greatly. He will absolutely take your money. Will he then in return do the work that money was paid to do? Nope. He also CANNOT handle being told that he is not measuring up to the level of professionalism he was hired for. These clowns will attempt to take advantage of you. Stay vigilant and don't accept GASLIGHTING from anyone, especially your own employees.
