Unclear and inconsistent billing practices
“When i first sign paperwork of representation we never discussed a fee and now I'm being blacked balled. My neighbor Ms. Mary is being charged 33% and they are charging me 40% and and they have no signature of me agreeing to that price.”

Poor communication and unresponsive to client concerns
“I'm not asking for a hand out i just want what is mines. i have gotten the run around that the insurance company progressive had mailed my check to the wrong suite number twice all cause. Ok fine so I asked them can they just cut me my check and let me done with this well Mr Jason said we don't have a great working relationship due to me being accused of acting hostile about a well known insurance company like progressive keep making the same mistake,we don't have a good working relationship”
