Welcoming and friendly staff who make clients feel like family
“Luv the employees they made me and my family felt so welcomed when we first visited for my meeting with them for my case for my accident and they went out they way to make sure me and my family was always happy didn't have to worry about anything if I had a question about anything athey always was a helping hand and like my second family that I could of go to for my problems about anything involved with me are my family”

Inconsistent fee structures and lack of transparency
“I'm being blacked balled. My neighbor Ms. Mary is being charged 33% and they are charging me 40% and and they have no signature of me agreeing to that price.”

Poor communication and unresponsiveness
“I have gotten the run around that the insurance company progressive had mailed my check to the wrong suite number twice all cause. Ok fine so I asked them can they just cut me my check and let me done with this well Mr Jason said we don't have a great working relationship due to me being accused of acting hostile about a well known insurance company like progressive keep making the same mistake,we don't have a good working relationship”
