5
Provides personalized attention and support
“Mr. Carter always maintained professionalism, poise, confidence and self-assurance. My son was unjustly charged with 2nd degree murder and after being defended by Mr. Carter my son was found not guilty and is now a free man!”
Cons
1
Lack of communication and responsiveness
“She has been very unresponsive, as I've texted her multiple times asking for specifics on why this is taking so long. I now haven't heard from her in a week. I've called her office multiple times with no answer and left messages.”
2
Failure to deliver on promised timely service
“I initially met with her in late July, and I signed my petition in early August. it is now January and the process is not done.”
3
Unprofessional and rude behavior
“This guy was arrogant and rude. And throws out numbers for service off the top o his head. People who are looking for legal service are already stress and full of anxiety. He does not help.”
4
Questionable integrity and potential conflicts of interest
“Extremely harmful legal professionals who do not abide by their oath to "do no harm". Excellent litigators but void of integrity.”
5
Lack of attention and effort on client's case
“She failed to file a petition for custody in a timely manner which allowed the opposing party to file in their parish instead of the parish in which we reside. To top things off she did not show up to court for mediation until it was too late and my wife, not knowing she had other options, represented herself.”
