Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication from lawyers, including not returning calls or emails
“I called for a consultation. This guy was arrogant and rude. And throws out numbers for service off the top o his head. People who are looking for legal service are already stress and full of anxiety. He does not help.”
2
Failure to properly handle or complete legal matters in a timely manner
“I told her I wanted to use an attorney with experience in this sort of thing so I wouldn't have to worry about it and would get it done fast as I need to have my preferred name match for my job. She told me not to worry, that she would take care of it quickly. I initially met with her in late July, and I signed my petition in early August. it is now January and the process is not done.”
